Daily Rental: Starts at 09:00 in the morning and concludes at 17:00 in the afternoon, unless otherwise agreed upon during the booking.
Licence: For renting a fibreglass boat with an outboard motor 30HP A licence is NOT required for speedboats.
Age: The renter-operator must be over 18 years old.
Required Documents: On the day of rental, you must bring your ID, passport, or driving licence.
For every boat rental, a contract is signed, which outlines the general terms and the value of the equipment.
Fuel: The fuel consumed is charged in addition to the rental price.
Boat Insurance: All our boats are insured against personal injury and causing marine pollution.
Alcohol: The consumption of alcohol is STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the boat by all passengers.
Navigation Areas: The renter is not permitted to navigate in areas outside those marked on the map that will be provided.
Obligation: All safety and navigation regulations must be adhered to according to the law (a guidance leaflet is available on the boat).
Briefing & Handling: Before each departure, the staff of Aethria Sea Rental Boats will fully inform you about the safe handling of the boat and the general regulations.
Damage/Loss: In case of damage or loss of equipment, the renter will be charged the corresponding value according to the price list.
Return: The equipment must be returned in the same excellent condition it was received.
Meeting Point: The renter must be at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the agreed time.
